Zope Usergroup for Germany, Austria and Switzerland introduced Zope Brochure at the Hannover CeBit 2011 fair.
1. March Hannover, Gemany. The DZUG e.V. announces the release of their Zope Brochure to the public in Hannover on the international CeBIT fair. evenios was responsible for the production workflow. The authoring team Armin Carl Stroß-Radschinski from acsr and Jan Ulrich Hasecke from hasecke.com created a fresh new overview on the benefits of this secure and efficient development platform.
Service Company Register
The brochure contains the register of the DZUG members who provide professional development and support for the Zope platform including Zope2, GROK, BlueBream, Pyramid and Python in general.
Open Source Graphics Concept
The content is published under a Creative Commons BY NC SA 3.0 licence including the new artwork that was developed by Armin Stroß-Radschinski and Jan Ulrich Hasecke together with Filip Hasecke who did the Particle System renderings with Blender Open Source Software. The illustrations are focusing on the famous Zope Component Architecture (ZCA) that is based on one of the first Web-Frameworks ever.
The original concept was presented in October 2010 at the Plone conference in Bristol UK. The brochure is a successor of the very successful "DZUG Plone Brochure" released in the beginning of 2010.
Zope is Free Open Software
The Open Source library cloud of the Zope Toolkit and the other Zope Component architecture based frameworks like Pyramid are freely available via the Python software pool on pypi.python.org. Zope has influenced a lot of developers with his future leading concepts.

The DZUG
The DZUG is the internationally well known founded as "German Speaking Zope User Group". The Members are professional software development companies, freelance developers, universities and organisations involved in the Open Source ecosphere. There are also private enthusiasts, users as well as students, pupils and apprentices. All sharing their experience for the fascinating world of Python based software. The community is open for product focused people involved in Plone and on new technologies like Pyramid, formerly known as BFG.repoze. The DZUG is organising a yearly conference in germany. In 2011 for the first time the conference is joining with the Python Community for the first german speaking PyCon DE conference in Leipzig in Sept.
